We are formally looking for estate agents to act as independent agents for the iliveiSL estate. The group has been created (iliveiSL Estate Agents) and membership is a one time fee of $100L. 10% commission is paid on all valid land sales, even if you buy the land for yourself.

To qualify for your commission you must belong to this group and the land purchaser must IM (or notecard) your name as the agent to Ener Hax. Upon verification, you will be paid 10% of the land’s sale price.

We are also running a promotion to help you in marketing our realty. For land purchases made in the next month, we will pay one month’s tier fees to any new land owner in the iliveiSL estate. To qualify, the land owner must pay the first month’s tier. We might extend this for up to two months. If we do, then if the land owner pays two months (or more) in tier fees, we will pay an additional two months for them. This is yet to be decided (but looks pretty good to us).

We also offer a 5% discount if 4 or more month’s of tiers are paid at any one time.

We would like any independent agents to succeed and benefit from this. Let us know your thoughts . . . and thanks! :)

Yay! ^_^ after being lost in inventory for a few months, it is recovered and rezzed.

this was an early collaboration between ener hax and subquark hax and was based off of the rond shape made for the infamous Gallery Art Monkey. that same circular foundation forms the base of many of our builds. why? well it took a few weeks to figure out how to make this shape with no overlaps! that’s right, no overlapping or intersecting pieces. turns out you have to rotate a cube and shear it like crazy. the only downside is that the top and bottom faces take textures in weird ways, so you can’t apply any regular textures such as tile or wood planks.

on a side note: relief at finding this. it has several thousand linden’s in furniture including the really nicely made Corn chairs and one of two $1,500 1905 Victoria Arduino Venus espresso machine.

This completes the set of a building, home, and gazebo for this particular rotating pendulum design on Enercity Harbor.  Now to figure out packaging and selling on sluniverse and shop onerez.

Yay!  online and about 2 hours into it, nice to have Enerville and Enercity now joined.  :)

Yay!  ^_^  Ener Strait is online and already has three small islands built.  This OpenSpace will only have 2 or 3 properties on it and the rest is open to residents of the iliveiSL estate.  Like the main sims, residents can rez objects for over an hour.  we are tinkering (who tinkers???) with the idea of a small harbor with low-priced slip rentals for boats.

So now you can travel over the initial 3 sims with no issues (i know some helicopter crazy person will be particularly happy with this).  =D

yes, it seems that the CEO position at linden labs (second life) has been snatched away.  pity, for ener is passionate about all things sl.  oh well . . . and mad people skillz!  pffft, master communicator, passionate, relentless worker, team builder, empowerer (sp???)  LOL, and incredible canadian wit (sheesh, William Shatner is from Montreal, but pretty funny I suppose)

so ener waits in the wings (actually, never still enough to wait, always go go go!)  =)
